Hooking Up With Old Friends

Okay - so I am sold on Facebook. My long-lost BFF from high school, Heidi Osness, found me via FB. We had lunch today - 5 hours of non-stop talking! It was FAB! Heidi is the same, and after only 5 minutes (tops) it was like old times! I was able to procure numbers of other friends from the past, so I will be spending some time catching up with everyone. Sometime soon, I will make Heidi pose in a photo with me so I can add a photo here. :) In the meantime, it was just what I needed to remind me who I am and where I came from. Can't wait to call Luci! And my dear friend reminded me of several poems and short stories we wrote together. In her honor, I will post the one she remembered especially for me today .....

There once was a girl named Cari
Who had a cow named Rover
She was sad and wary
Because her cow tipped over
